90 M. Offshore Patrol Vessel (90 M. OPV)
This Offshore Patrol Vessel,90m in length, is an in-house designed product of GSL, capable of patrolling and policing operations,search and rescue operations, embarkation & operation of ALH helicopter for long range all time search, rescue & surveillance, pollution response against oil spillage and external fire-fighting.
Fitted with twin diesel engines, each driving a controllable pitch propeller, through a reduction gear box, the vessel delivers a maximum speed of 26 Knots. The endurance of the vessel is 4500 NM. An Integrated Platform Management System and an Integrated Bridge System are providedon board.The vesselis fitted with a 30 mm Gun and 12.5mm SRCGs with Fire Control System. Optionis available for fitment of 76mm SRGM.
The design of this Vessel incorporates excellent stability & improvements in terms of functionality,maintainability, better ergonomics & habitability.This productis fuelefficient and cost effective and can be easily adapted to the additional requirements of the customers, if any.
