Shri Hasmukh Hindocha is appointed as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director of Goa Shipyard Limited effective from 03 Jan 2022. Shri Hindocha is a Graduate in Commerce and Law and is an advocate in practice since 2004. He is the Director of The Nawanagar Co-op. Bank Ltd., Jamnagar and Gujarat Urban Co-op Banks Federation and a Convener of Branch Development Committee, Rajkot Nagrik Sahakari Bank Ltd, Jamnagar. He served as Chairperson of Municipal Education Board, Jamnagar Municipal Corporation from 2006 to 2012. He is the Trustee of various trusts in Jamnagar, working in the area of education, healthcare and women development.
