Each department is responsible for providing updated information related to its functions and operations. A designated Content Owner from each department will be accountable for preparing and submitting the content. The System Administrator will grant content modification authority to designated personnel, who shall have the sole responsibility for implementing any requested amendments. This ensures the consistency and currency of all published information, as well as proper coordination with the content originator.

Before submission, the contributing department must verify all content for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness. It is the responsibility of the respective department to ensure that the content is factually correct and aligns with current policies, procedures, and data.
